Although today many language learners learn English at school, they aren’t able to feel nothing and canalize to language courses. Even if they pass their examinations successfully, many of them cannot speak fluently. One of the reasons is that they aren’t thought in real communicative environments or live in communicative environments. Our Project arose from this problem. A real communicative atmosphere should be created in the classroom. They can play a role or they can discuss a topic with authentic materials. Our Project has been designed to develop our students’ language learning skills with using speaking contexts in daily formal and informal environments. It has been searched for using new media in teaching a foreign language. Nonetheless,  Using computer and internet (ICT) alone cannot provide a comprehensive basis for language learning. For this reason, we have performed our Project with creating real environments and new techniues.Our Project has also focused on motivation, foreign language teaching, and opportunities in teaching foreign language. Nevertheless, as in each state school, we haven’t enough educational materials. Therefore, we have used junk materials in teaching foreign language.
