A real communicative atmosphere should be created in the classroom. They can play a role or they can discuss a topic with authentic materials. Our Project has been designed to develop our students’ language learning skills with using speaking contexts in daily formal and informal environments. It has been searched for using new media in teaching a foreign language. Nonetheless, Using computer and internet (ICT) alone cannot provide a comprehensive basis for language learning. For this reason, we have performed our Project with creating real environments and new techniues.Our Project has also focused on motivation, foreign language teaching, and opportunities in teaching foreign language. Nevertheless, as in each state school, we haven’t enough educational materials. Therefore, we have used junk materials in teaching foreign language.
